NB. TUPE Regulations 2006 have changed the way cleaning companies can operate, the new regulations state that if you wish to change your cleaning contractor, then the incoming contractor must take on the existing employees of the outgoing contractor, with the same pay, benefits and holiday entitlement. This begs the question 'why should I change cleaning companies if I am going to get the same cleaners'? The answer is MANAGEMENT. The management of staff is the one single thing your cleaning company has to do, and if they can't even do that, then you cleaning company isn't doing its job. Our management of staff is different, we personally visit our staff on a regular basis to ensure the cleaner is happy in their work, hence if they are happy then you will be too!
